ActivaNail
Description
Bioretec ActivaNail is meant to be used in upper or lower limbs to ensure successful bone regeneration. ActivaNail is a beneficial tool regarding osteotomies and fractures simply because it is a small nail holding pieces of bone together while they naturally regenerate. Compared to ActivaPin, ActivaNail provides additional support with its small nail-shaped head.
ActivaNail comes with patented Self-Locking SL™ technology and grooved surface design that ensure stable fixation. These properties provide rotational stability and ensure that the product stays in place after implementation. The material of these products also provides some support: the diameter will increase 1-2 % compared to the initial dimensions.
ActivaNail offers flexible ways of treatment, you can insert the implant arthroscopically as well. The packaging of ActivaNail is carried out in a way that ensures easy and aseptic use during surgical procedures.
